Try Notice Mind
Noticing your mind is an often overlooked perspective on "you" called introspection. It involves taking a look under the hood to understand the mechanics and components that have always been there like a car inspection. You possibly have been joy riding without awareness of what is really going on and have suffered setbacks because of it. Notice Mind is a self-tune-up and a mind mechanics training. Take a course, and a new analogy, to see what I am talking about.

Step 3: Shiitake
Maybe your into mushrooms. Maybe your not. Regardless, this analogy still needs to progress.

Step 4: Shiitake done?
Is this ingredentint cooked suffeciently? How long you saute shiitakes is quite controversial but you get to decide. Does it work for this dish? Do you want to start with Shiitakes first next time?
-
Step 5: Special Ingredient
Sometimes we think we need something more but what we really need is the simplest ingredient for life, breath.
-
Step 6: Bon Appetit
I think you know how to cook by now and can discern things without my prompting. Still, lets see how you feel with three powerful ingredients.
