Join us for a transformative meditation session designed to deepen your practice and enhance your mindfulness journey. In this 30-minute introductory workshop, we will explore various meditation techniques, offering you the tools to cultivate a more focused and present mind. We encourage participants to visit noticemind.com/depth prior to the event to familiarize themselves with different approaches and insights. If possible, practicing these techniques beforehand can significantly enrich your experience.
Following our introductory workshop, we will transition into an optional longer sitting meditation (90minutes), allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the practice. Afterwards, there is an optional Peer-2-Peer session where we can share our experiences, ask questions and offer advice. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please sign up via email ahead of time. If not attending the latter activities, we ask you to part ways while the group maintains silence.
