Join us for a serene silent meditation event, where we will create a space for deep reflection and tranquility. During this time, participants are invited to engage in silence/stillness, allowing thoughts to settle and awareness to expand. Please remember the following guidelines: find a comfortable seated position and maintain silence throughout the meditation. If at any point you need to stand, stretch, or leave the space, feel free to do so without hesitation.
If you’re interested in learning about meditation beforehand, join us for a 30-minute session called “Meditation 101.” We also encourage participants to visit noticemind.com/depth prior to the event to familiarize themselves with various techniques and insights. Practicing these techniques in advance can significantly enrich your experience.
We recommend bringing your own supplies for added comfort—such as a cushion to sit on, a blanket for warmth, and water to stay hydrated. After our silent meditation, we will gather for a 30-minute Peer-2-Peer meeting. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and process what you’ve encountered during the meditation. Your reflections can provide valuable insights to others, and together we can deepen our understanding of the practice.
