Sit Your Mind

  • Mind thinks

  • Thinking is noticed

  • Neutrality is applied like a salve.

  • Mind is brought back to singular focus (Object of focus)

  • Space between (grows with continued use)

Seeing your mind's actions may help you to see it's true nature. The mind is rarely in the present. Often it is avoiding thoughts, emotions, sensations or desiring certain sensations. Becoming aware of this is the first step. If you mindfully persist with tending to it, you could gain concentration and insights. Meditation can help to show you this with more clarity. Start with level 1 meditation and sharpen your concentration. Depth will guide you though all of this via a free (freeing) course.
