Half the time we don’t even realize that we stepped in should. You could have should on your shoe right now. Worse, it could be inside you. You might not know what should is. It is pretty straight forward but lets review.

What is should?

A should is dis-satisfaction with the present/past/future, towards yourself or others, and a claim of right view/perspective that would make it satisfactory. It is a fundamental building block of ego/self and it is subjective. Because it is subjective, it is elective. You choose to should on others and yourself.
