Notice the intensity after the coping skill (Box Breathing) on a scale of 10 to 0. Maybe it lowered from a 10 to a 0. Maybe it didn’t change and it is now known not to be the ingredient for this dish. Regardless of outcome, it is an insight into one instance of cooking.
Don’t generalize ingredients to all scenarios, even if they are good. They sometimes don’t work in certain contexts and times of the day. Do figure out the recipes of your life.
